Artificer Solutions, Inc. was created as a means to provide government and non-profit entities with professional software and web development for a fraction of the costs charged by the large firms.  By utilizing several Open Source technologies, as well as code developed in house, we keep overhead low and pass on that savings to our clients.  Furthermore, we offer project consultants that can provide guidance to agencies or non-profit entities that are looking to use software and web technologies to increase their productivity and better serve their communities.

One of our chief clients is the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS), where we have provided project management and web development services since 2006.  We are located in Urbana, IL.
